All orders are shipped directly from our location and right to your door :D! Estimated shipping times are listed during checkout and may vary depending on location and item availability.
For returns or exchanges, a small return processing fee applies. If you purchased free returns at checkout, this fee will be waived — however, you’ll still be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for limited-release items or special edition drops.
All sale items and discounted products are final sale — this includes items that are part of special promotions or limited collections.
Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your order ships.
DIVINEMERCY accepts returns for store credit or size exchanges for all U.S. orders, as long as the item is unworn and in new condition. We understand that sizing can be tricky — if something doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange if the item is eligible.
Once an item has been worn beyond simply trying it on, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Please be mindful when handling garments during fitting.
We include sizing charts on every product page. Please take a moment to check measurements carefully before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from the post office or delivery location, the customer can choose to have it re-shipped (at their own expense), or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and any associated fees.
DIVINEMERCY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered packages once they’ve been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. If your package goes missing, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier and filing a report.
