At DIVINEMERCY, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn ( not including “trying on” ), unwashed, and in its original condition.
To start a return, please contact us at @divinemercy____ with your order number and reason for the return. Once we confirm your return request, we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to process the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for sale items or final sale items. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. :(
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can make it right. We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund, including shipping, as soon as possible.
